General Shipping Information 

What countries do we ship to?
  • We ship around the world! 

When will my order ship? 

  • We do our best to package and ship orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed. If you place an order in the evening, it will go out the next business day.
  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We pack every order ourselves (our small packing team of 2) from our own warehouse in Ontario, Canada.
  • Shipping will take between 3-9 days, depending how far out you are. If you’re in Ontario, shipping can be as quick as 3-4 business days! 

What are my shipping options? 

  • Because we fulfill all orders ourselves, we do not offer express shipping. We pick the fastest shipping option we can for every single order so that your order reaches you as soon as possible. 

How much is shipping? 

  • Shipping is FREE for all American and Canadian orders over $70.00 CAD.
  • For any American or Canadian order $70.00 and under, we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.00 CAD. 
  • For customers placing orders outside of North America, shipping costs a flat rate fee of $15.00 CAD. 

What if my order is delayed?  

  • If your order is delayed 10 or more business days in shipping, we’ll discount you 10%. Just message us with your order number (#XXXXX)! 

Where can I find tracking? 

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most tracking updates within 48 business hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking isn’t working or updating, please reach out to Support@TheTallowedTruth.com and we’ll get you what you need.   

Order Changes and Edits 

Once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee any changes, cancellations, or refunds. 

If there are shipping issues with your order, message us! If an order is returned to us by the shipper, we’ll resend your order free of charge! 

What if I need to change my address after placing my order? 

  • Please carefully review your order and address before placing your order. Please reach out to us asap if your address is incorrect after you’ve placed your order. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to change the address, but will do our best if the order has not yet been shipped. 
  • If an order is returned to us because of a faulty address, we will be sure to resend your package, free of charge. 

Can I edit my order after placing it? 

  • While we try to accommodate requests if we can, because of our tight shipping time, we cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it has been placed. 
  • We cannot add items to an order after it has been placed. 

Can I cancel my order after placing it? 

  • If you’d like to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us asap. We’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee any cancellations. 
  • Please do not place a second order expecting any previous orders to be cancelled or refunded, unless you have received confirmation of a cancellation/refund of previous order.
