Once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee any changes, cancellations, or refunds.
If there are shipping issues with your order, message us. If an order is returned to us by the shipper, we’ll resend your order free of charge!

When will my order ship?
- We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed. If you place an order in the evening, it will go out the next business day.
- Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- We pack every order ourselves (our small packing team of 2) from our own warehouse in Ontario, Canada.
- Standard Shipping will take between 3-9 days, depending on how far out you are. If you’re in Ontario, standard shipping can be as quick as 2-4 business days!
What are my shipping options?
- Canada: Standard (3-9 business days) or Express (1-2 business days)
- USA: Standard (3-9 business days)
- All other international destinations: 7-12 business days
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is FREE for all American and Canadian orders over $70.00 CAD.
- For any American or Canadian order $70.00 and under, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.
- For express shipping within Canada, we charge a $15.00 CAD flat rate.
- Customers placing orders from outside of North America pay a flat rate shipping cost of $20.00 CAD.
What is "Shipping Protection" and why is it coming up at checkout?
- We offer the option of $2.00 shipping protection for every order.
- Customers may opt in on this insurance at checkout by checking the box beside it before paying.
- Shipping Protection ensures that we will take care of any issues with your order, should they occur (packages lost or damaged in shipping), even if we are not at fault.
What if my order is delayed?
- If your order is delayed past our listed shipping times, we’ll discount it 10%. Just message us with your order number (#XXXXXX)!
- **Note: International orders (outside USA and Canada) may take longer than 10 days to arrive
Where can I find tracking?
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped (check your junk mail).
- Most tracking links update within 48 business hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation, so don't worry if the tracking hasn't activated right when you get the email!
- If your tracking isn’t working or updating after 24 hours of receiving your shipping email, please reach out to Support@TheTallowedTruth.com, and we’ll get you what you need.
What if I need to change my address after placing my order?
- Please carefully review your order and address before placing your order.
- Please reach out to us asap if your address is incorrect after you’ve placed your order. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to change the address, but will do our best if the order has not yet been shipped.
- If an order is returned to us because of a faulty address, we will be sure to resend your package, free of charge.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
While we try to accommodate requests if we can, because of our tight shipping time, we cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it has been placed. We cannot add items to an order.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- If you’d like to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us asap. We’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee any cancellations.
Please do not place a second order expecting any previous orders to be cancelled or refunded, unless you have received confirmation of a cancellation/refund of a previous order.
