I guess it's a fair enough question lol.
And the answer is I do not have a wife who can answer this question.
In fact I have no wife at all:(
But I am working on it.
And when I have found her I am sure sure she will be happy to answer questions about how to use the product.
Until that day I will have to go of off what some other wives say which is something like this:
How to use F-Bam for general use:
Apply F-Balm to face and or body at any time for any reason:)
If you are using it specifically for your face we recommend applying the balm after rinsing your face with warm water morning and/or evening.
Use a "marble size" amount and massage into the face until it glowing but not shiny (If you are super shiny you might have used too much)
The balm applies much more easily to warm moist skin - **it literally melts in and absorbs much faster**
Here’s how to use F-Balm with makeup:
First, warm a small amount of the Balm between your fingers. Add a drop of water if you find it's a little thick.
Apply the F-Balm as your moisturizer (after any serums, ect, if using) and massage it in.
Let it rest for a few minutes to absorb into your skin.
Then go ahead with your makeup, using the F-Balm as a moisturizing primer to prevent the foundation from going into your pores and to give you a glowy finish! ****
