Approved resellers may sell products only in physical, in person locations. Online resale is not permitted under any circumstances unless expressly authorized in writing.

Unauthorized resale and online marketplaces

The resale, redistribution, or listing of our products on online marketplaces or ecommerce platforms is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and similar online sales channels.

Any purchase made for the purpose of unauthorized online resale constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of unauthorized online resale, The Tallowed Truth reserves the right to

  • Cancel or refuse any current or future orders

  • Suspend or terminate customer or reseller access

  • Void any warranties, guarantees, refunds, or return rights

  • Take legal or equitable action

  • Report unauthorized sellers to marketplaces, payment processors, and other platforms

Wholesale and reseller approval

We reserve the right to evaluate, approve, deny, or revoke reseller or wholesale relationships at our sole discretion. Approval is non transferable and applies only to the specific business location or locations approved.

Sales to unapproved locations or through unapproved channels are prohibited.

Pricing and orders

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

We may limit quantities purchased per order, per customer, or per household. Orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution may be canceled at our sole discretion.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds
