Pale and Pasty? Do this.

Hey, it's Ben

Spring is just around the corner, and soon you're gonna want to be out and a'boot (lame Canadian joke there lol).

But we all know those people who come out of their cave after the winter look "a little rough."

Maybe it was the Winter winds or maybe they didn't get enough sunlight or red meat, but either way, it's not a good look:
I love the Lord of the Rings as much as the next guy... but this is probably not how you want to show up to that patio on the first sunny Saturday this spring...

So here are three simple steps to "looks max" your way from "pasty pale face" to "sexy smoulder":
(don't worry this works for women too)

Aright, here's what you can do to transform from pasty and pale to gallant and glowing:

Step one is to chew gum.

Wha??

Yes,

But not just any gum.

There's this stuff called "mastic gum" which is natural and comes from some trees in Greece and it's really hard to chew.

Basically, it's like lifting weights for your face, and it can start to accentuate the muscles in your face which can literally make you better looking.

***My friend has a mastic gum brand if you want to try this out for a few weeks - I'm not an affiliate but it's a cool like minded brand and you can check it out here if you want to)***

Number two:

You probably guessed, but it's using F-Balm on your face to increase your skins appearance (and feel) in a number of different ways, including:
  • Getting a more even skin tone
  • Moisturizing
  • Elasticity
  • And the overall tallow "glow" that makes you look alive.

The best way to do this is to give your face a quick rinse with warm water, rub some F-Balm into your hands and then massage it into your face, especially around the eyes and forehead - do this morning, evening or both!

Number three:

Combine both of the above with as much sunlight and as many Springtime walks as you can manage (aim for daily walk) this will get you some colour, and shed some excess pounds.

Also aim for eating good real foods (and maybe some fasting) to further decrease inflammation and shed some more body fat.

If you can manage this list there's a good chance you can realistically improve your vitality and your looks as we head into the nice weather.

Why show up to that first Spring event looking like Gollum when you could be looking like Eugene Fitzherbert??
Just wait till that friend you haven't seen in while asks you,

"Gosh, what have you been doing? You look great!"

It's always nice to get that, so let's make sure it happens to you this spring.

Talk soon,

Ben
